What I want to do now is change amount of money PEDS drop after they are killed. I use OPENIV and i checked every single file of GTA IV but there is NONE files that edit that ??? How is it possible ? Every single milimeter of GTA IV should be written in GTA IV files, how is it possible that there is no .dat file that lets me modify peds money drop, for example i walk the street and i kill 2 gangsters, they each drop 20 dollars in default game, i want to change it so they drop like 100-200 dollars?
