MkII Ammunition Types Elimination Game

I don't want Explosive Rounds to runaway with this game, so continued negative voting from me, although I do appreciate how effective these can be against certain vehicles - Rockstar's in-game implementation of the railgun costs $350 per bullet - that's 350,000 dollars for a thousand rounds over time. ONE bullet!

Sorry to interrupt but what are hollow point rounds? I dont see these in my moc, only the others.

You prob haven't researched them yet, they deal extra damage to normal targets sans armor.

 

They are great on the Mk II SMG making it's damage and time to kill on par with Mk II Carbine and Advanced Rifle but ONLY if the target doesn't have any armor on.

WTF are you talking about?

 

The general rule of thumb is to restrict your discussions to your daily vote so that the thread doesn't get derailed through chit-chat, tips, arguments, etc, and so people can keep tabs on the game instead of having to trawl back through dozens of posts.

 

Cast you DAILY vote, please, and leave it at that.

My second vote... let's get rid of the Incendiary's this time.

Pity about the 8 round mag - the Hollow Points simply make a handgun other than the Heavy Revolver an option (well, for a pistol that doesn't have Full Auto anyway).

Overall I seem to have reverted back to standard ammo on all my firearms except the HSv2.

Either you didn't research them yet, or you don't have a gun that uses them.

They are supposed to have higher damage on un-armored players' and NPCs' bodies.

Just to be clear on the voting, and how often:

● You can vote once per day (every 24 hours). You can do it after 21 hours minimum, but if it becomes a habit it will not be allowed.

● When we are down to the last three, you need to vote after 24 hours. Voting earlier than 24 hours is no longer an option at this point.

 

And also:

● When quoting someone, remove the score from your post. (If you quote a post to show a mistake please put the scores in a spoiler)

● Avoid adding remarks about the choice you are voting for or against within the "Scoring Rows". Place it below your vote, as this will make it easier for the next person to vote.

● Copy and paste the list from the last person before you. This helps out everyone to see what the scores are and we can prevent disinformation from spreading through the game.

 

When scores are quoted or not copied and pasted from the person before you it has caused issues in the past.

And it's easier for the next person if they dont have to remove a line of text after the scores just to vote.

(+1) Explosive Rounds. I have to vote for these again too now, as I saw something pretty ... Troubling, earlier.


So, I figured I'd try out FMJ's as an alternative for the Heavy Sniper. But when I bought them, I saw it only holds 40 still ... Same with armour piercing too. Probably the same with Incendiary Rounds, but I didn't want to spend even more money.


So, unless Incendiary Rounds aren't like that, and are surprisingly effective against jets or something - then for the Heavy Sniper it really has to be explosive rounds doesn't it? The only thing going against them is price.




I do feel kind of bad for the jets though. I mean, that is brutal. One hit and its tail is falling off.


More importantly stuff like Titans have the same kind of armour ... I'm just glad they put proper armour on the Hunter.


(-2) Hollow Point Rounds. I don't really use the small guns enough to justify them, and I'm petty sure it's only on them (could be wrong though).


I haven't used them much at any rate.

.....WTF are Full Metal Jackets anyways? People just banding up against the Explosive sniper? The explosive ammo is the only thing worth buying. Everything else is a waste.
