Sernandoe skin for GTA VC

This mod replaces Tommy Vercetti with Sernandoe, the installation is pretty simple, download the skin and drag it to your GTA VC Folder/Skins and then start the game, go to options and change your skin from there.
The model should also work in cutscenes if you take your time to open GTA3.img and replace it.
