Pegasus number gone during Contact Missions?

Hi all. Just a quick one. Has this feature been removed? Can you now only call a helicopter / plane for a mission if you have a hanger?

 

Makes sense, but something I didn't realise. Number doesn't show up on my phone during missions.

Interesting, I'll have to check that out later and get back to you! Thanks for pointing it out - that's a damn nuisance if that really is the reason.

Nope, Pegasus still accessible for me (PC-Steam). Just tried High Priority Case, could order a chopper. Could also get my PV chopper from my hangar so did that instead, just to save the $200.

 

Will test on my 2nd char that doesn't have a hangar later, just in case Pegasus is only available if you have a hangar (that would be a bug, surely not an intended feature).

 

EDIT: 2nd char tested successfully - Pegasus available on contact mission (Buzzard ordered for Blow Up III).

Aye, it worked fine for me. That's weird. If it's not available any time, try calling the number manually instead - it's 328 555 0122.

Most random tip on the forum lol, now I have Peg in my contacts IRL

 

It disappears for me too, along with half the rest of the phone book.

I've seen Pegasus and a few other contacts disappear at random during missions. This sounds like a stock response from the Rockstar site, but try restarting your game and clearing your cache. Had to do it and lose all my aiming preferences when my mechanic was suddenly absent from my phone.

Thanks guys. How odd! I was doing the Titan mission and was in a lobby with other randoms. Someone else called in their helicopter so I assumed they had a hanger. Unless I just glitched or something. If I notice it again, I'll screen shot my phone to show you the option missing, but thanks to Gaffa for the number option!

Lost Pegasus and Mechanic from my contact a few days ago. Come back on restarting the game. It happened before to a friend too, going way back a good year or so.
