I am a Non-Commissioned Officer of a Private Military who has been tasked with recruiting new members to our cause.Who are we? We are the Centurion Private Military Firm.What is our cause? To protect our clients, work together as a unit, and become the best Private Military that the world has ever bared witness to. If you do make the decision to join us, you can either work under our Leader's Platoon, or my own. We only ask a few things in return to you becoming one of us...LOYALTYA no-brainer. We prefer you not have multiple crews. But if you do, we ask that you keep us as your active crew. Failure to comply will result in a warning, then expulsion. Loyalty also includes an agreement to not kill your fellow crewmates unless we are in a combat exercise. We will also not tolerate spies. If we find out you are a spy, you will wish for the sweet embrace of death. If you have been a member and you feel as though you do not wish to be with us any longer, that's fine. Please let us know and we will do what we can to aid you with leaving our organization.DEDICATIONWe all know that Real Life takes priority. Sometimes you will find a new game to play. Still, it would be greatly appreciated to stay somewhat active if not incredibly active on GTA Online.RESPECTRespect is key with any Military. If you respect us, we will respect you. But this also goes for general behavior. We won't tolerate racism or any kind of discrimination toward anyone based on race, gender, creed, sexuality or country. We are all one family, we put our lives in each other's hands. We may all think, look, and act differently, but we all bleed red. The rule of respect also applies to whomever our client may be at any given time.We get paid for the work that we do, and we ensure that we provide excellent service for our clients, whoever they may be. So it is imperative to have superb communication and the ability to take orders, especially as a grunt. But as you work your way up the ladder, one day you will be assigned soldiers and will be asked to lead them to greatness just as we would for you. It is required to have a mic for better communication.We help each other the best that we can.
