When a ped runs against a wall until he gets tired, he starts scratching his head like ,,why can't i go further?''. It happens every time, even cops do that. When they run against a obstacle which they can't pass, they get tired and then scratch their heads. Do you think this was intentional and Rockstar just wanted to make fun of the poor AI ?
