I notice you have to do each activity with each friend one time??? But here's the thing: What about Dwayne and Roman?? Because if u pick the "Deal" ending for Dimitri--Roman dies at the end so how are you supposed to get all activities with Roman if he's dead at the end of the game?? Same for Dwayne, if u kill HIm instead of Playboy X--How are you supposed to get 100% when Roman and Dwayne are both dead??? Just wondering how that works?? As far as I am aware you don't have to do them even if they're alive. It's the same with any side mission/activity in HD universe.
