Well the only thing that shot my lazer down yet is the explosive sniper. I had no problems with helis or any other vehicle at all (harry potter bikes became rare for some reason).

why would i buy it, as with my Zancudo hangar i can have it for free. maybe for the customization it offers, yeah, maybe. but definitely not a priority
