Will any one of you buy a Lazer for 6.5 million?

Just saw the price tag of 6.5 million on the Wikia. Got surprised. Perhaps no one gonna buy it anyway, so R* put a crazy price and wait to see if any rich newbie spend $$$ shark cards on it?

Even though I can easily afford it, I'm still on the fence... like, I've got a Fort Zancudo bunker with easy access to Lazers as it is. It doesn't make sense to spend an extra $6.5million to spawn one in, because I'll still have to commute over to the Lazer, at which point I may as well have just called in a Hydra. I might buy it just for completeness though... I'll have to wait and see.

I feel the same way. I can steal a free Lazer now (both characters have FZ hangars) and let it crash with no insurance fee. But.... I'm filthy rotten rich. Maybe I'll get a chrome one to match my chrome Hydra (that I don't fly because FREE LAZERS).

Which you cannot do. Only pegasus vehicles can be put in there.

Depends on customization, I would pay 10 million for a Lazer with armor and flares.

I would think about it if it comes with some good upgrades. Then maybe if it goes on some type of sale. I want one but I'll be forever fine with my Hydra. So it's not necessarily needed and not worth going broke over.

Yes, no question. I have not bought a single new aircraft. Waiting on sales, lazer is an immediate buy though. My only hope is that it is added at the bottom of the pegasus list as well.

f*ck no. The price tag is straight up insulting. Especially when there's no customisation, you can just steal one whenever you want and the far superior hydra is half the price.

 

The only people I can see making that purchase is the diehard jet fans with plenty of cash to throw away.

 

 

I'd also like to point out that if you were to purchase this with sharkcards, it would cost you £65 ($84). For a virtual jet. That you can steal for free. It's comical.

Well, if it have all the upgrades that the new aircraft receive, it will be worthy considering that the Molotok or the Tula cost 5ml (sort of, I don't remember the real price lol).

With upgrades it would be:

1) The fastest vehicle from point to point

2) the best fighter

3)probably one of the "don't f*ck with me" vehicles if it is in good hands

I fly a Hydra but I've never engaged in a dogfight against Lazer so I don't know. People always say Lazer is more maneuverable. But if I fly a Lazer alone (without dogfighting against a Hydra) I cannot exactely feel it. So I assume it's a LITTLE BIT more maneuverable. The only advantage of Lazer I'm sure is the ability of vertical climbing. I believe it's quite useful to ESCAPE from a Hydra. For dogfight I think horizental maneuverability is enough.
