Non-livery/paint aircraft stripes

Whilst looking for rare colours to store in the Pegasus lists, I've found that at least two come with coloured stripes that aren't part of the livery, nor the primary or secondary paint colour. The Velum 5-seater is available with a Black, Blaze Red, or Bluish Silver stripe, and the Nimbus has a similar feature with two extra colours. It's a shame we don't have control over all of them, but it does give you quite a few additional colour options.

 

As always, Joonas's lists give you the Pegasus spawn sequence...but sadly not the stripe colours:

You can change of stripes on the Nimbus by changing the pearlescent. But yea I agree.

Can you elaborate more the Velum, please? I want to buy one.

The stripe colors for some of the planes(helis possibly too) come from the Rim Color attribute, so for example

the Nimbus Ice White/Worn Taxi Yellow one has Dark Copper(Bronze) wheel color = that's the stripe color.

Black stripe in the picture is Pearlescent.

 

From helicopters the Volatus seems to get the color for the stripe from the Pearlescent.

Can you elaborate more the Velum, please? I want to buy one.

Basically they all come with black stripes apart from:

 

Straw Brown secondary = Chocolate Brown stripe

Black secondary = Blaze Red stripe

Matte Midnight Blue secondary = Bluish Silver stripe

 

Just keep calling Pegasus until you get the one you want, and then store it. The old aircraft will brick and block the Pegasus points, so it's best to move them to one side before calling another.
