Toxic152
Recently, a lot of wip (work in progress) gta sa mods were stopped. Is it cause old GTA San Andreas modders are rare these days or is there any other explications. It's such a shame that mods like open san andreas was stopped like really that mod had a great potential for making that game revived a little. Because of GTA V (the biggest scam and loss of money in the gta series) the game is pretty much ruined, you gonna tell me well what do you expect of a 13 years old game. What I expect is that modding continues in a game that is easier to mod than most of the games today, GTA San Andreas is special and mod development should be encouraged by gamers so the game never dies. So my answer to the question is: (suspens) Yes & no, even though modders are beginning to migrate to GTA V cause of the number of players, a lot of mods are being uploaded every days on gta garage and various other modding sites, especially the russian ones. So what's your opinion on the subject? Smol_OG and Wutsie
Jugend84
Small modifications will never be dead in GTA San Andreas. We come to the troubles in large modifications, when most of the passion, community feedbacks and attention modders take when mod is not even close to be done. Lack of motivation is the main reason Grinch_
Richie Makyura
if you talk of full games conversion its because of motivation or fights and discusion by the same member or problem of with personal life or pc problems. GTA SA Moddig is not dead look by the way, every days on page uploads lot of GTA Online Orignal Players Skin and los of new cars from the Real Life or other GTA Games or other Games. I Think the mods of GTA III and Vice City that games is dead in the modding.
madleg
Its not about modding dying, its about people being stupid enough to ignore one simple fact about mods in development: if it says "the mod is about to change things...", it doesnt mean that this mod will get its sh!t done. Nobody doesnt take responsibility to incarnate their ambitions, but people allready are lining up at the release line. Well... you cant blame "kid" for that tho, but it is common case for "ambitious" projects to be closed for whatever hell of a reason. The game isnt eternal; obviously it loses interest with each day. Someone will pick something up and fix it and give it a few nice features along the way.
