After you store a Pegasus aircraft to your hanger its become a personal aircraft and some customization will be available. this is a list of it ..

The Swift Classic WAS resprayable initially. I resprayed mine the week of SR DLC release. The option has since been removed (no earlier than 31/08). The Flying Bravo variant never had respray options.

I can only assume this was done because people (like me) requested a refund for the Deluxe Swift and Luxor claiming they have lost their value and uniqueness. I did propose that giving the deluxe versions countermeasure and respray customisation options would justify their value but, well it is Rockstar after all.

 

On the plus side, I now have a unique Swift Classic in my collection...

Just what I was looking for. Thanks! :)

 

I'm surprised that the Volatus is categorized as a small slot vehicle, whereas the Swift is a medium.

It doesn't cover everything though, as some vehicles also have stripes etc. that are connected to the pearlescent or wheel colour:

While the latter cannot be changed in the hangar, there are variations available in the Pegasus spawn sequences that allow you to gain different colours.
