How do I get a vehicle warehouse?

So basically I haven't played GTA in a while and many things have changed.

 

So I know that I can register as a CEO with dynasty 8 exclusive, and I can also get a club house or a bunker. If I want to export and import vehicles, how do I get that warehouse?

Warehouses and Vehicle Warehouses are purchased from the main computer (the one on your personal desk) in the executive office.

Tip: don't buy one that's far away from everything just because it's cheaper. It's a pain in the ass to access.

It's not a bad location, I never regret buying this one. No annoying gang members hanging around like at one of those cheaper ones.

It's located on a quiet exit NEAR the highway. Not on a busy street. Actually it's a big advantage to be near that highway and near the city center (it's not that near that ppl just cruising and shooting around will bother you).

 

I like that there's a pegasus spot nearby (just over the highway at the parking lot of the small harbor), in case you want a cargobob for delivery when alone in a session.

 

Most ppl will use it a lot, and earn a lot with it. So I wouldn't base the choice on a few 100k more or less, but choose the location you like best. For me, situation of La Puerta is good.

If you are planning to buy one, I recommend to buy cheapest one (La Mesa, 1,5m$) its the best one imo. There are some gang members in that area yea, but they don't shoot you if you don't f*ck with them in their territory or aim at them, so those are kinda harmless. Also there's no point to get the closest one to your office, cause there's a cooldown when you steal cars. I have the cheapest one office and cheapest warehouse and theres always around 30-40 sec cooldown left when I drive back to my office after warehousing car.

I honestly wonder what planet so many of you live on? You buy a nice office, but think a dirty warehouse can be in a sh*t location. Making money in this game is all about TIME. Just because you made the wrong decision about buying the cheapest one, doesn't mean you have to keep it and convince yourself it is the best.

 

Why are you driving back to your office/warehouse? Fly the buzzard! You will get there quicker.

 

The time and money saved from less damage and less cars blown up by others players, will soon be made back if you spend an extra million on la peruto.

Idk why do you want to travel faster to your office cause there's a cooldown for stealing cars? I always drive almost through the whole city to my office and theres still 30-40 sec cooldown left.

I have the (3rd cheapest) one way down south at the docks/Elysian Island, never had much trouble. Close to Merryweather base/Pegasus spawn for 'bobbing.

And for deliveries you just drive up the ramp and onto the freeway letting you carve an easy path through the city to the delivery point, no one ever hangs out on the freeway so you only have to worry about aircraft.

The one by LSC LSIA is a good location, plenty of room to use Bob

 

I had the cheapest one at first, far too easy to get killed, and have the car stolen from you there

La mesa is great, gang members leave you alone if you leave them alone and its right next to the highway.

Depends how you play. I never wait for cooldowns, either stealing a crate or running a vip work.
