Can anyone provide me details on how to install and disable singleplayer mods using Open IV?

Totally new to modding, have no idea at all. I heard that Open IV is the best modding tool so I decided to use that one. I only want to mod in singleplayer. Now can anyone tell me 1)How to install any kind of mods(cars, characters, maps, liveries etc.)? 2)Should I turn off the internet while using the mods? 3)How to disable mods so I don't get banned when playing GTA Online? 4)Do I have to use any kind of trainer?

1) Most of the mods are using DLC packs, so they are not replacing existing vehicles. The trick is to load a new DLC pack using dlclist.xml. Read the readme of any mod for further details.

2) No.

3) To go to Online, remove dinput8.dll and that's all.
