modded car doesnt appear

when i wanted to spawn a car using vehicle spawner, the modded car doesnt appear and then i got stuck in the screen.

 

it happen after i completed a mission.but when i restart the game and use vehicle spawner again, the modded car spawned normally.

 

anybody know how to fix this??

 

i'm using windows 10 and modloader
