So how friendly have the servers been that you have been a part of?

I've been very lucky. It seems everyone is still in the "OOOooo new toys!" phase, as no one is attacking eachother, and just acting curious like it's the open days of GTA:O again. I was even flying around others delivering supplies, and they didn't even veer course, haha. Been having fun supporting others delivering stuff with my Rouge. Sure, I could be making money, but after a week straight of I/E, I'm just going to relax for a few days, and do a few things here and there for 10k. Fort Zancudo has been very quiet. I actually saw a plane show of sorts going on, on the runway.

My experience was a lot of full-out war servers.

Everyone in hostile planes, and anyone on the ground in either the Oppressor or wielding an explosive sniper.

But towards the end of the day things got a lot more docile, with more spread out isolated griefers and hostiles in larger groups of peaceful players who were content with minding their own business.

To be honest, obvious griefers have started to become targets a lot more since the update.

People who maliciously lash out at others get surrounded by people with the new vehicles and pounded on until they either leave or passive.

Had this happen a few times, most notably with a player flying a Savage trying to use lock-ons on anyone in a new vehicle. He got cornered by a Molotok, Rogue, and two Ultralights before he turned tail and left the server.

The Ultralights were my friends, while the Molotok and Rogue were random ass unrelated players who just wanted to chase the griefer away. Nobody said a word to each other, and there was no conflict between the four of us...

It was pretty good. Hoping this becomes the new norm.

1st lobby Tryhard at FZ within 7 minutes.

2nd lobby most kept the peace but some lowlevels started fights which spurred more fights until the whole lobby was a warzone.

3rd lobby skilled hydra pilot started killing anything that showed up red on his radar.

4th lobby ended up getting fed up with my second "Protect the titan" mission after a dipsh*t A.I. Kamikazed my Hydra and just shut off the XBox.

5th lobby was mostly a solo lobby where I tended to my Biker businesses and bunker to make some money back from this DLC.

Not at all. About as bad as I have seen them. Was trying to do a supply run and had at least a half dozen people messing with us.

Hostile hydra players everywhere, this update is the dream of then coming true, i had my cargo destroyed 7 times already (i am counting) since the update's release, although one of those griefers was a V-65 molotok.

Its full warfare in the skies, and i cant fight back because i dont want to go to bad sports for destroying a personal vehicle

Why does everything think that a griefer leaving a lobby is a victory? He doesn't think nothing of it. Maybe its good for your lobby but the griefer is simply onto easier prey. I change lobbies about 10-20 times a day and think nothing of it, He would have just considered you guys as equal ability and not worth the effort, lol. He definitely wasn't scared or humiliated or anything

Its really difficult to get into bad sports. I know, Ive been there 9 times. Youd have to destroy 80 plus PVs nonstop in a short period of time, say 48 hours or a weekend to earn a dunce cap. I don't have exact figures but that's around what I observed

I have friends that have attempted to get into bad sport at least once when dunce caps were wearable after the BS lobby was over and they gave up. They could have offered eachother their cars to blow up constantly but they attempted it with public lobbies, again its really hard to get in.

I can't speak for griefers, but having them gone is always a victory if you plan on staying in a constant server.

I could care less who they're bothering, as long as it isn't me.

Not to mention, if the same person comes after you multiple times and fails, then leaves, that's a definite victory.

People who aim to farm K/D lose the second you deny them. Doesn't mean they won't easily find a new target, but strictly speaking you've beaten them out of their goal.

Works both ways too. If someone is hammering you and you leave, you can call that a victory. No reason that you both didn't win. He gets his one-sided fight and you get out before it goes too far.

Lotta factors.

There has also been a massive increase in people who just kill and leave.

One kill, change lobbies. Don't know what they think they're accomplishing, but it saves me a lot of trouble having to go after them.

Nothing too hostile, but I haven't logged many hours into this update or the game for that matter. Seen a couple of crews going all out against each other in the new aircraft blips couldn't tell which ones they were but they didn't bother coming after me for some reason, which is weird since I'm usually a sh*t magnet

It's not so bad, but that's usually the case for me. Been playing quite a bit and out of the 19 supply runs I've made so far, one was shot down and two other guys I managed to evade. Could have been a few more, but I ghost org'd on three crews and they lost track of me each time I blended in.

You do have a lot of good points there. As a griefer Ive been in all those situations. I have done the one kill and leave before too. For me Ive done it when Ive felt a little guilty about the kill, like leaving a proximity mine at their CEO garage when they are bringing in a car from I/ E, lol

And Ive been killed out of the blue by someone and have left cause I didnt want him to get that second kill off of me by chance. Ive done that too

Sir Golden Gecko

So far everyone's been busy with their own hangar in my sessions. Except for that one guy that came right for me in his Buzzard after I sold my last crate and was about to return to my hangar. Poor guy couldn't hit me with his missiles and felt the urge to turn back when I went straight into Fort Zancudo.

I've had fairly peaceful lobby, few dickheads here and there. Had one guy blown up my Phantom Wedge and try to destroy my Haulage trailer, but teamwork managed to save the day. I focused just on keeping the guy busy and I went ham on a Combat MG, meanwhile my friend got a truck and hooked onto the trailer. Dude killed me multiple times, but he couldn't get many shots in on the truck as each time I responded I rained bullets on his ass. Since K/D is utterly worthless, I was more then happy to serve as the distraction in order to save the money.

Sadly after this we got into a sniper battle and he owned us pretty good, Rockstar should really patch being able to run with the Marksman Sniper and limit it to a slow walk like with the Heavy Sniper. But still, we saved the trailer and that's all I care about.

That was like at the end of my play session, I've been playing hours at that point and had built up like 400k before buddy decided to be a party pooper.

Here's my friend driving through the gun battle, don't know why he didn't just go around like any sane person, but apparently straight through the war zone somehow worked out.

Things I'll go through for the sake of saving 20k. lol

It's been... different.

I've had friendly players who were all discussing the new vehicles and missions in the chat, then I've had people who're flying around in the new planes trying to take people out.

I've been flying around in my Rogue protecting random people's cargo and taking out those who're out there attacking everything they can.

I take it from me:

If I'm in a crew or friendly session, I go straight to work on those smuggling crates for the discounts.

If not, I already spawn inside my hangar ready to take off and bomb everyone :)

So far this has been the absolute worst update for free modes yet - every lobby I've tried is full of d*****bags in APCs, Tanks, and Jets just flying around killing each other and me. All I want to do is respray a plane ffs :v:

Public Solo Lobbies get a few randoms join in hasn't been a problem. People just seem to be minding their own business. I haven't been shot down yet or "attacked". This is only applicable to solo public with like 6 randoms in it. I'm sure regular FM is a sh*t storm.

I played Tuesday night in a session with less than 10 players. We had people join and leave, but no fighting kicked off - everyone was too busy doing shipments to unlock the cheaper prices for their aircraft.

On a few occasions I either landed at or took off from my hangar whilst another player or two were stood outside. Every time they just completely ignored me and didn't even try to shoot me down after I ran to the plane and took off.

I also came in to land a few times with my homing rockets selected, causing them to lock onto other players - I didn't fire any, but they no doubt heard the sound. Even then nobody tried to come after me.

Once everyone has unlocked the cheaper prices and bought all the planes and cars they want then I'm sure things will return to normal and there will be planes littering the skies dropping bombs and such...

It's been pretty chaotic around the LSIA hangers on PS4 (poor brothers choice), people using all he griefers tools and generally interfering

On PC, my hanger is in zancudo and it's pretty quiet over there. People are out and about but I think with the soldiers about people are a bit more hesitant to shoot first

Its been mixed. Lobbies with people minding their own business, others, like the one i loaded into 30 minutes ago, are utter clusterf*cks with five or six CEO's murdering each other at Zancudo. I wanted to exit the hanger but noped my way to a new session

Was out flying my Mig and met another Mig he locked on and fired I popped flares. We twisted an turned for a few minutes I got a few shots in with my guns and he could never get lock again. Overall it was a friendly engagement.I tried to disengage but I ended up getting to low and hitting the water dude landed called a car and drove me back to zancodo. Overall it was fun and got to test my skill against another skilled pilot.

Hydra trolls warzone.

Hydra troll was trying to take advantage of us while we were on a hangar source mission in slow helis. Had to ghost and shoot him down. He ran for another hydra while we completed the mission. We called Lester to go off radar and got far enough away with the crates to safely deliver them.

But after a while the lobby seems to always clear out to around ten or less people, usually no douches left at that point.

I had one lobby where I pulled out of my LSIA hangar where about 5 or 6 planes were low flying over the runway fighting each other. One shot at me as it flew by but missed and I managed to take off and get away without being followed. Returned about 15-20 mins later and they had all gone. Just one guy hovering around in a buzzard.

Other servers I've been completely undisturbed but I have only completed a handful of runs because I keep getting disconnected from XBL after this update
