To enter a mission it said "warning my settings had to change", now i cant get access to my appartment, garage, los santos customs or shops and none of them are showing up on the map, I still own everything. It's on Xbox 360.

 

Also was level 26 now level 1. Please help!!

Are you sure you're not in a mission? You can't access those things during missions. Leave GTA Online and then join a new lobby and it should work again.

Are you sure you're not in a mission? You can't access those things during missions. Leave GTA Online and then join a new lobby and it should work again.

Thanks, I got kicked before the mission even started, but I tried what you said anyway. I've entered other missions since. It's been about 4/5 days now, getting really frustrating

I've also lost all my contacts on the phone, even when lester phones it just comes up his number instead of his name.

Uhh, that definitely sounds like a problem that only Rockstar can fix.

 

Contact Rockstar Support, and don't accept them closing the ticket. Be very persistent. If they close the ticket, you can reply to the email notification of their reply even after it's closed, which will force the ticket back open.

you were lvl26 and now you're lvl1? some script kiddie messed with your lvl and everything you had had a lvl restraint including lester so thats why yo udont see what you have, up your lvl to about lvl 6 as I think thats the min to have some sh*t unlocked and see whats what from there
