Did anyone's daily fees change without reason?

We all quickly understood that adding a hangar and another mechanic would raise the daily fees.

I bought the building and added most of my aircraft top it yesterday and my fees were about $2650 (property) + $300 (office assistant) + $600 (mechanic)

 

Today I added my Savage to the hanger which pushed another plane into storage. Things are fine, until it's time for that daily fees, and they went up by about $75.

Are we paying fees per aircraft? Or possibly per aircraft stored in the mysterious off-site location?

 

The amount is fairly trivial, but inconsistency in something that's been predictable for 47 months bothers me.

Yeah I noticed a cost of $3698 daily for properties - I guess the Hangar needs maintenance too.

 

Don't know how they got to that figure.
