Major Issue with Fort Zancudo Hangar 3499

It seems that when you drive an aircraft outside, it spawns you right on the runway in the flight path of the NPC Lazer. It's unavoidable not to get blown up?

This was in a an empty lobby.

Do they not test basic things like this before release?

Anyone else own this hangar?

For me, I've noticed that all the hangars at Ft. Zancudo spawn your plane in precarious, inconvenient ways.

The best thing to do is to drive the plane toward an unblocked path and give yourself enough room to take off.

Also, I've noticed that some objects on the runway will despawn as you approach, but this was only during return missions.

I do not own the 3499 hangar, I own the middle one, so I may be missing something in your post (sorry, if I am).

But even with the middle one, I spawned as a Rhino tank was driving up on me. He stopped and started beeping at me to move! LOL!!!

So, in other words, if you spawn with a Lazer coming at you, in full take-off route, then yeah... you're going to get nailed.
However, if you spawn in its path and there's time to move, then move. Fast.

Cheers! :)

I haven't had that problem (yet).

Spawned on the runway several time in both private and public lobbies.

Yes, literally no time to move whatsoever. Boom.

I haven't got the first clue about thinking up new dlcs. But if I did, I'd at least think "hey, we are making some new interiors, is there anything that already happens near that interior that we need to change'. Eg the cheapest hangar down LSIA, there is still a spawn point for random small aircraft that have always been in the game. Not a major issue, but it should have been moved or removed.

You're right, sounds pretty dumb. However, there are a couple of things you might try, tho painfully inconvenient:

• watch for when the Lazer takes off and try to figure out it's pattern. since it's AI, it's got to be set on some kind of coded routine, much like the tank I mentioned.
• check for the Lazer before you enter your hangar. if you see the spot empty, it might mean it's already taken off. Sitting there, you can watch to time it.
• if you purchased the interiors, you can use your security cameras to peek outside to see where the Lazer is at. I haven't tried it, but worth a shot.
• try parking a vehicle or PV in the path of the Lazer before you enter into your hangar. Not sure if it will despawn, but maybe worth a try.

I hope it works out for you and you can enjoy the experience. Again, sounds pretty dumb to spawn right in the line of a moving jet.

Heck, I wouldn't even want that to happen in real life! ;)
