Maveee
We all know now that the Vagner is the new king in normal races, but what about stunt races? Which car is currently the best? Nero Custom?Vagner? X80?

M*A*R*I*N*A
x80 You absolutely sure? Did you test after Smugglers Run released? yes. In a stunt race broughy's testing isn't really relevant tbh
Foppezão
x80 You absolutely sure? Did you test after Smugglers Run released? With enough of medium speed corners, the vagner is quite competitive, specially with slipstream on. Like the premium race Gauntlet now..Good way to make money.Lots of slow corners, like Vespucci, Xa 21 is also tight and fast. Overal the Nero custom is the best investment. Kushology
Nero Custom and X80, imo. For more technical races though, probably XA-21 or Vaginer.

mort1
As it stands, the Vagner. Its the only car you need for anything, basically. Ok, 811 can still win the highway races, i guess.

jwdrinkwaterjr
Certain cars for certain tracks. I prefer Tyrus for flat tracks. Anything with elevated ramps or tubes nothing compares to the Zentorno. If I want to just fly off the track like a chrome plated ass hat I use my Itali GTB. Arrows to Athens
x80 You absolutely sure? Did you test after Smugglers Run released? In a stunt race broughy's testing isn't really relevant tbh Actually, it kinda is. Assuming you're racing without catch-up and slipstream, which should be removed from the game, you're going to need a car with very good top speed, seeing as stunt tracks tend to have a lot of straights, boosts, and downhill sections, all of which provide opportunities to easily reach top speed. Broughy tests the top speeds of all cars in the game, so his testing does indeed come in handy for stunt racing as well. That's the thing with what Broughy gets out of his testing - the obvious stuff doesn't need much additional context (lap time is a good indicator of average track performance, top speed for long highway races), but when it comes to things like stunt races, or off-road races, you have to pay attention to things like observations on handling as well, and make a judgment based on all the available information. So, for stunt races, yeah the X80 has very good straight-line speed, and it's potentially one of the best around a circuit, too ...buuut it's also a much more temperamental car in terms of handling than some of the immediate competition. Meanwhile, something like the Nero Custom, the FMJ, or even the Itali GTB, might not be potentially as good as the X80, but they make up for that by being much more forgiving, which is probably worth considering for stunt tracks (particularly when landing jumps and the like, if you don't want to spin out and lose control). For my money, the Nero Custom's probably the best all-rounder for everything, stunt races included. Or, if you wind up in a stock race, pick the regular Nero, because you get the benefit of the built-in active spoiler (whereas most other cars won't have the added traction benefit from a spoiler in stock form, obviously). oleg_aka_djmeg
x80 for mostly everything, vagner for vespucci and downtown loop, nero (not custom, but custom is fine) for plummet and plummet 2. vagner might be also the best on raton and wall climb but i tend to stay away from those two so i haven't tested it there after the update. Forza Harrd
X80 all day. I love the Vagner in freeroam but the X80 is still my sweetheart in all things stunt racing. Every track. edit: ya know when you're trying a new car or new setup or seeing if the downforce is better than it used to be, and some tryhard with an obnoxious face paint and taunt wins 2 or 3 races in a row? And ya feel like knocking that so and so off the winning animation? The X80 is my weapon of choice in those circumstances. Kushology
X80 is great for stunt races. I see a lot of people without a spoiler though, I don't really get why unless that's just a personal choice.
mort1
From a competetive point of view, dont bother with the x80. For half its price you get a car thats better for basically anything, the Vagner. Nero Custom and the x80 are obsolete now, even for stunt races. UMADBRO_OKAY
Well i would say Nero custom as normal for you and some ppl said x80 sooo are you a pro racer? because the handling is not good

You are right when saying Broughy's testing is a good indicator of performance but in a stunt race it's not always correct. Broughy places the Schwartzer and Fusilade quite far down the list yet I tend to always get the best lap time and place first with these cars. Around a Circuit they may suffer but when you're flying through tubes and going over jumps they stand as good a chance as any other car. AWD cars tend to have the upper hand though.
