GTA SA: Exist mods CLEO/ASI Than Increase the FPS or not? (All ones is fake?)

Hello Everyone I Download a Multiple Scripts that Allows the increase of Frame rate but I Don't see any changes in my games, Like Frame Limiter Adjuster CLEO Version, 60 FPS, Anti-Lag Fix and another ones with names of No lag o fix. If I Wrong I Think a Every Scripts I Download is fake.

If anyone have a mod or tool to increase FPS I Acept the help

Any modification that "improves" fps either decreases graphical aspects (or straight up disables them) or fixes bad coding. If you need control over some of these graphical aspects mixsets is a good start, since it includes a .ini which allows you to disable certain effects or lower their drawdistances.
