I will have a good look at the pricing when hangars will be on discount and maybe move to the western one in FZ because of the comfort of spawning your bike.

I've bought LSIA A17, left it stock but added a workshop. Bought it just to check it all out, maybe later I move to another one...

I like having one at FZ, and it's a nice thing to have but its just a money suck since SR blows bigly, in terms of profit per hr solo.

I picked 3499 because that's what I got my main char, but my 2nd has A2.

I picked LSIA 1. A look at Zancudo in multiple sessions persuaded me not to touch it.

 

Loaded with everything but the floor paint.

Fz was the logic choice, clubhouse and bunker are on route 68 along with my offroad garage, its so much better playing on the countryside, the city is kind of boring. i wish we could have both, it would be cool to travel from one to another

I wanted the FZ location and 3499 seems the best location on the base. There is no clutter near the door, my ceo Buzzard and car spawn very close, and i can park my MOC near it without it despawning. My Pegasus vehicles spawn farther away than my car and Buzzard, but quick to it by car or my ceo Buzzard.

 

I have added the shop and the living quarters and i have no desire for custom decore as stock looks fine to me.

 

My big disppointments would be with all hangars and that is, can not drive my car in, no snacks from the mechanic, the creepy machanic with lips that do not move while talking, and my personal car despawning back to a garage.

i got the cheapest FZ, absolutely no problems with access by air, closest hangar when returning from most missions, and closest to road access.

 

also got the workshop and living quarters, everything else standard

My general strategy for choosing business locations is to try and find the best balance of price, location and likely number of co-owners, so I went with the cheaper LSIA hanger with quarters and mechanic.
