Hanger Cuban 800 with Cluster Bombs

I bought cluster bombs for the Cuban included in the hanger purchase. I can't figure out how to use them.

 

Also in the Interaction/Vehicle menu under the Bomb options it says there is no Bomb bay when changing pilot/co-pilot.

 

Neither me as pilot nor my passenger as co-pilot could figure out how to drop the bombs regardless of the options set in the Interaction menu.

I have the Starling, the game tells me to press right on D-pad to open bomb bay, B to go into bomb sight, and A to drop.
