Totally not worth the time invested as a solo player. I'm glad I bought a hangar for customs plane storage but it won't be until a 2x smuggling payout week before I bother with these time sink missions. Selling 3 ie cars with head hunting between cooldowns while the bunker staff grinds out weapons is a SH*T TON more profitable.

Like work 10hrs at McDongles vs 10hrs at a unionized city Job. Both are 10hr jobs but one pays for a 500sqft apt/mo-ped and the other pays for a 1500sqft condo and a BMW.

To much work compared to the payout. I'll do the supply missions to unlock all discounted price and just wait with selling until some kind of bonus on it..

same here...

I just sold 9 packages of alcohol & tobacco for 94.500 dollars (5% bonus) with one vehicle

5 drops, very easy, no cops or enemies.

but if you think of the effort to get these 9 packages (no payout to you or your associates during supply) its not worth to make money with it.

Someone mentioned the 9 package limit to get one vehicle, some other said, it is completely random.

If you own a Bob you should be delivering cars in mere minutes without a scratch...

How am I supposed to do that when they still haven't fixed it randomly dropping vehicles?

FYI, you don't HAVE to return the sell vehicles to the hangar, it just gives you bonus RP if you do. No loss of money. Can confirm as I just ditched my sale Tula and the countdown to explosion timer started.

The only reason im even doing these missions is for the discount prices. After that I could give a sh*t about the business. Only interested in the discounts and aircraft customization obviously.

I don't bob much unless in a solo public, where this does not occur. Honestly, if you're selling cars in a public, you should be driving anyway.

Check the patch notes for this update. They've fixed this now.

Great, until they add armor and countermeasures, still probably not the best idea. If you can drive, it takes a very skilled and alert player to actually stop a sale.

So is there bonuses for selling a specific of an item? Like I noticed I could sell on thing with like a 5% bonus.

When you get a steal mission that involves a car/truck, we can FINALLY blow up the truck and steal the cargo on foot so we can fly it hack instead with our personal aircraft!!

Is it worth it to get the zancudo hangar just for the sake of being able to steal na Lazer? (Considering I have exactly 3m dollars left)

I vowed months ago to never play w crates again, like this is gonna get me to do it again. 90% less profitable and 3x the work, sure, why not? Then I'll just go and slice my nads off for fun. And to top it off, almost all new air vehicles suck. We've been begging for a tuner update since 15 and instead, we get Grand Warfare Paywall festival V.

Fun on twitter:

Destroying others Smuggling stock increase the value of your stock.

Wow

HAHAHAHA

Okay, I'm pretty sure this has been proven false.

Gtamen tested it and said he destroyed someone's supplying and selling cargo and got nothing.

You don't increase the actual value of your current stock by destroying people's cargo, rather you steal theirs and store it in your hangar, thereby increasing your overall stock value in the process.

Personally yes the hanger itself is worth it i love it but you may not like it everyones different

The fact i can run (sort of) free in FZ or fly over it virtually untouched is worth the extra cash but its no different to the other hangers

Have a try of a friends is your best bet before you buy

I believe this to be the case as well. Since the update I've been testing things in a Private Public lobby mostly by myself and I still seen "bonuses" on stock.

This has been patched. I sold enough cars over the last week to make ~$18M (over 100 cars) and I did not have a single one drop off the hook. Even when I screwed up and slammed the car into the small bridge next to the warehouse.

Tip for the titan one people only blow up 1 of the 1st 2 buzzards and simply follow the titan it will only take max 50% damage till drop

Vital you stay on the tail and use hydra or buzzard

Thank me later :)

So far I have 15 narcotics and it's telling me they are worth 150K

How come OP is getting more per crate than I am at that level?

Lol I did this unintentionally because the stupid war plane couldn't shoot down both of the Buzzards properly, I always overshot it cause of how fast the plane was and how steady the Buzzards were.

Managed to get one and was sweating trying to get the other thinking it would blow the Titan up but thankfully there was about a quarter of its health left by the time it reached the drop off point.

Because I haven't tested Narcotics yet...

Let me get this straight. You source 1 crate per person in your organization (max 4) for free. You can steal other people's crates and store them for yourself. So, if I got into a session with 29 of my closest friends, I could get 29 crates in around 10 minutes and a full hanger in around 20?

Theoritical method: 9 organizations of up to 4 people each start crate sourcing missions at the same time while I hang out in front of the hanger in the 10th organization. As they return to the hanger with the crates they suicide and drop the crates, which I steal and run into my hanger.

Anyone want to be my friend and test this theory? :)

Edit: brain fart, max session population is 30 players.

It would work. Me and a buddy were testing last night. My internet crashed and I got disconnected from the lobby leaving him two crates to pick up. And managed to get back in and grabbed his crate. I dropped it off by skydiving into his hanger door. It dropped the package right there for him.

I found out that the crate limit for a single delivery aircraft is 10 crates, 11 crates and up will give you the warning message;

Larger sales may require multiple aircraft. Ensure you have additional Members prior to starting this mission.

That being said I found this out using "Sell All Cargo", so I can't confirm if the limit is 10 for each individual cargo type or not but for now I would assume it is the same.

I suicide in front of my buddy (who is not in my org), dropping the crate. While we are both standing there looking at the crate, I force a session split and lag into a new session. What happens to the crate? Do we each get one? Can only I get it? Does it explode?

It is random.

Sold 4 packages for 40k. Two crates that required me to cargobob them from FZ to the north side of mount Chilliad took me 14 minutes for 40k.

Total waste of time.

throwing this again...

do all sales require multiple vehicles or having X amount of crates give you a single vehicle?

I have painted my hangar floor red. I want the zancudo star emblem. If I get it will it revert the hangar back to its old colour or with the red be there and the livery a different colour?

Checked the smuggler script.

It kinda works like Gunrunning, 5 sale missions apply to:

10 crates and less = one vehicle.

11 crates and more = 2 vehicles.

26 crates and more = 3 vehicles.

While there's other missions that has their own values:

Havok sale mission:

10 crates & less = 3

11 crates & more = 6

26 crates & more = 8

Bombushka sale mission:

One vehicle no matter the amount of crates.

Skylift sale mission:

10 crates & less = 1

11 crates & more = 2

26 crates & more = 2

Ultralight sale mission:

10 crates & less = 2

11 crates & more = 3

26 crates & more = 3
