NEW CONTENT – PS4, XBOX ONE AND PC ONLY
Hangars have been added to GTA Online. Players can purchase a Hangar on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website and choose from 5 locations. Hangars can be customized with a choice of modifications and add-ons such as a Hangar Style, Lighting, Floor Graphics, Office Furniture, Living Quarters and an Aircraft Workshop. Hangars come with space for up to 20 of a player’s personal aircraft and a computer that is used to manage the Air-Freight Business.
The Air-Freight Business has been added to GTA Online. The Air-Freight Business is managed with the Free Trade Shipping Co. app on the computer in the Hangar and allows players to Source and Sell Cargo. Players must first complete a Setup Mission to get the Hangar Business up and running. Once set up, players can then begin stealing Cargo which can then be sold for a profit.
7 new aircraft have been added to GTA Online:

  • Nagasaki Havok
  • Pegassi Ultralight
  • Alpha-Z1
  • Tula
  • V-65 Molotok
  • Rogue
  • LF-22 Starling

Two new vehicles have been added to GTA Online:

  • Grotti Visione
  • Vapid Retinue

One new Adversary Mode has been added to GTA Online:

  • Motor Wars (4-28 Players)
    • 2-4 teams parachute into a warzone with nothing but a pistol and serious shopping list. The streets are littered with heavy firepower and weaponized vehicles, and you better hope your decision-making is up to scratch: last team standing takes all, and second place is a smoking crater.
    • Over 500 new items of clothing and outfits have been added to GTA Online for male and female characters.
    • Over 30 new tattoos have been added to GTA Online.

NEW FEATURES / UPDATES – PS4, XBOX ONE AND PC ONLY

  • A new “Formation Flying Assist” option has been added to the Interaction Menu for VIP, CEO Organizations and MCs.
  • The new Havok helicopter has been added to the list of vehicles available to VIP, CEO Organizations and MCs.
  • Multiple new MC and CEO Styles have been added.
  • Flares fired from the Flare Gun now attract nearby homing missiles.
  • Changes have been made to the amount of explosive hits the Savage Helicopter can withstand.

ROCKSTAR CREATOR FIXES – PS4, XBOX ONE AND PC ONLY

  • Fixed an issue that caused some UGC Races to not allow the Creator to lock the vehicle to a specific class and/or model.
  • Fixed an issue that meant placed vehicles could not be edited after placing props with Prop Snapping.
  • Fixed an issue that resulted in starting grids expanding and being unable to be placed back where it was after placing a start grid and picking it back up to edit.
  • Fixed an issue that meant picking up a water checkpoint and then placing it again would cause its style to change from Regular to Circular.
  • Fixed an issue that meant vehicles would change from their default setting when toggling through the “Starting Vehicles Class” options.

ROCKSTAR EDITOR FIXES – PS4, XBOX ONE AND PC ONLY

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in parts of players’ online characters to appear invisible when being used in Director Mode.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when exporting older projects using the Rockstar Editor.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the flame of an aircraft’s jet engine to render incorrectly when repeatedly pausing recorded clips in the Rockstar Editor.
  • Fixed an issue with the window positions of the HVY APC in recorded Rockstar Editor clips.

General / Miscellaneous – PS4, Xbox One and PC Only

  • Improvements have been made in GTA Online to prevent crashes, improve the quality of matchmaking, and reduce the number of network connection issues such as disconnections and split sessions.
  • Changes to vehicle downforce calculations have been made to make sure vehicle handling behaves in the same way as before the Gunrunning content update.
  • Fixed an issue with the active spoilers of the Truffade Nero and the Progen T20 vehicles moving incorrectly when braking.
  • Further fixes have been made to prevent the Cargobob helicopter disconnecting Vehicle Cargo during Source Vehicle Missions.
  • Fixed an issue where consumable objects used within the Mobile Operations Center (MOC) would not have physics applied.
  • Fixed an issue during Races that caused invisible collision to appear in the world for a small period of time whenever another player finished the Race.
  • Fixed some graphical issues with the “Louvers Cover” and “Vented Cover” mods of the Pegassi Torero.
  • Fixed an issue that meant players could be run over/hit by the Bunker caddies.
  • Fixed an issue that resulted in Bunker supply levels to not increase correctly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused players to lose non-upgraded weapon ammo after using its Mk II variant.

  • Fixed multiple issues that resulted in players either receiving incorrect or no UI at all when experiencing conflicts between Xbox Live privileges and GTA Online.

  • Changes have been made to the Key Rebinding menu – a new “GTA Online Vehicles” category has been added and some Special Vehicle controls have been split into unique key bindings.
  • Fixed an issue that caused vehicle weapons to sometimes fire towards an incorrect position on certain SLI system configurations.
  • Fixed an issue that caused amphibious vehicles driving on land to desync in GTA Online when running at high frame rates.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Gunrunning vehicle mines to still drop when rebinding the key in the Pause Menu.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the liveries for Weaponized Vehicles to be priced incorrectly.
  • Fixed a transaction error that occurred when trying to purchase the Weapon & Vehicle Workshop when renovating the MOC.
  • Fixed a transaction error that occurred after completing a Bunker Sell Mission.
  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the MOC Weapon Workshop to become unresponsive after purchasing a new weapon.

  • Fixed an issue that meant players were unable to replay the Mission - The Big Score - Finale - Helicopter Finale as the second cut scene froze and could not be skipped.
  • Fixed an issue that meant armor could not be purchased.
  • Fixed an issue that caused weapons in Story Mode to be locked due to their online character owning its Mk II variants.

Because its such an easy thing to fix, yet still hasn't been to this day. And the topic is always at the top anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it being recognizable..

Is it just me, or after the smugglers run update the rain seems to last a lot longer than before? Makes sense to actually put the hood up on my characters coat now since the rain doesn't last about 30 seconds anymore.

It has been that way for some time now yet we still only randomly get rain at night in game, I want more night time rain as the city always looks good after a shower.

It has been that way for some time now yet we still only randomly get rain at night in game, I want more night time rain as the city always looks good after a shower.

For me it's hardly rained at night in freemode always during day time, particulary early morning, yeah I agree the game looks best at night in the rain, one of my guilty pleasures is to go into director mode and set the time to midnight and a storm, then just cruise around the map admiring the beauty of the game, it's sad I know but until I see rain or thunder at night in online that's my happy place when I just want to relax and chill out in game Edited by HeatproofLemur

I don't know if this is the right thread and if someone else has encoutered this, but since yesterday my coke lockup (Elysian Island):doesn't produce any product, only eats up my hardearned stolen supplies...

 

So I was going to shut it down and wanted to sell the stock (produced before yesterday) for 36k remote sell. So I've completed the five drops with the dodo and the screen says: Sold...

 

But nothing was added to my bankaccount!

Dunno if it's been mentioned before, but moving cars between office garages by pressing square is back again; it was removed to combat one of the many glitches some time ago.

So since when there's a Bunker delivery with more then one phantom wedge?

I remember selling a full warehouse with only 1 but yesterday I tried and 2 of them showed up

and my bunker was only half full.

Since the beginning, you had more than 50 units of stock.

You should be glad you had that mission otherwise it would have been 3 delivery vehicles.

NPC traffic around the runways seems to be a thing at LSIA now. There was a bus, Peyote and Sabre Turbo driving past my Hangar today. There were two Dingys driven by NPCs on the outskirts of the runways, near the Pegasus Hangar.

There's always been buses round that edge of LSIA, but yeah, I was run over by an armoured truck(!) yesterday. First one I've seen for years.

Was it a public lobby? Could be been someone there doing a supply mission which involves armoured trucks?

^Yeah must be a supply mission for one of the biker businesses (in guessing counterfeit money) had now idea they could spawn In at the airport though.

Did they change the Gunrunning convoy mission? I'm 100% sure I used to be able to use the turret on the APC to dismantle the chasing Contenders (when stopped obv), but yesterday no matter how long I held the dpad I couldn't get on the gun. More petty anti-lone-player sh*t or just a bug?

I think it's a bug. My second character has that with Dune FAV sells, cannot go to gun position.

You never get booted while watching the security cameras. It was always this way.

 

Is this still valid or not? I get kicked from the lobby (nowadays), not like a few monthas ago I could go back after a few hours & still be in the lobby, anybody?

Back in the day when I was grinding bunker unlocks I only got booted by other users in small lobbies, so I actually aimed for super busy full lobbies before doing the security camera trick

Rust on the doors of the Technical Aqua has been changed. Apparently this was enough of an issue to do something about it.

There were also some other minor changes but they aren't noticeable unless you play on a toaster that can't load the vehicles highest level of detail or specifically look for them in model editing tools.

Likely that developers/studios are using different asset versions which shouldn't even happen in the first place. Or they re-compile all assets for some reason every time they build, causing differences.

 

i.e. this is me just being optimistic they're not changing car models just because :lol:

Seems no one mentioned it, but it's possible to spawn Pegasus vehicles really close to you. The game no longer picks the distant Pegasus spawn point.

For example, if you are located at the Hospital Helipad and you call Pegasus for an aircraft - it will be spawned right next to you at the Hospital. Previously, you would have to drive to another pegasus spot.

 

This leads to an interesting mechanics. If you need a barricade or just a bunch of vehicles (for a stunt?) you can just spam them at any suitable Pegasus spot.

You won't be able to drive them, but they won't despawn as long as they remain in field of view of at least one person.

I was able to place 6 Dumps close to each other and it didn't require another player.
