OpenIV.asi Not Showing

Hi

I recently downloaded OpenIV to mod GTA V. I've download The ASI Manager and OpenIV.asi. But Only the ASI Manager is showing in my root folder. Is this why I can't get any mods to load in my GTA V? Please help thanks
