Do I have to actually call Rockstar to get my funds back? Both me and my friend have gotten our cash removed, he did a sale with the x2 and got 800k which they took the next day, and they took 1.5M from me which I got from the X2 bunker sales.

 

We both sent tickets in and they ignored his saying the funds were illegitimate, and the first ticket I sent in the bot said something completely unrelated so I sent in another one asking for my 1.5M back. I mean what can I do here?

Calling is not a bad tactic.

Did they close your tickets or just stop responding to them?

If closed, try calling. If not responding, give them a week. I'm sure they are getting flooded with false-positive money-wipe complaints along with the general stream of true-positive wipe complaints.

Also, try tweeting or facebook-posting their Support (not the regular "marketing") accounts

They closed the one, but the other is still open.
