Full metal jacket award and cash from these trucks is a missing feature that needs to be brought back as of 1.41

I mean... the only reason people stopped destroying armored trucks is because R* removed them.

It gave the player something to do. Not to mention it's going to annoy completionists crazy since they can't get FMJ now.
