vvstorm2
I get 50-60 fps on my laptop (smooth without screen tearing on laptop). When i connect laptop to my TV using HDMI, i get screen tear on TV. I tried playing other games like just cause 3 with no screen tearing on my TV. The problem seems to be with gta v when connected to TV. Any help would be appreciated.

OptiCog
I'm getting the same issue; Samsung Smart TV, 55" 1080p. I've got it set at 16:9 and the resolution on it at 1920x1080. Set my PC's display settings to 60hz to match the TV and everything. If I play on my regular monitor then I get no issues. I don't get it.
