Any Info about Mansion Update and/or Marine Life Update?

Seriously, these two updates were expected since 2015.

R* keeps updating the game so I see a little hope... Just a little.

 

Personally I play GTAO like the SIMS. Racing and fighting are not my thing.

The character has a more pretty face, a better body shape and it's more wealthy than me.

It would be better if I can have a mansion in that fantastic virtual world and do a lot of peaceful stuff inside.

Additionally the vast sea area should be utilized. It can be a lot of fun. And the swimsuit in the rumor is beautiful!

By who? Because I've been playing since then and never heard anything on the subject.
