Class Action Lawsuit thread

This is a petition or a thread to gather some signatures against Rockstar Games and its affiliate for taking the consumers' in-game credit. Anyone that has bought shark cards should come into this thread and any consumers that were a victim of fraud from Rockstar should come forward too.

 

I am from California and currently seeking some lawyers in this state.

 

 

Rollreus1959- 131 million taken from Rockstar. About $1500 in real currency.

Yeah, this isn't going to end well for you. Just take the loss and move on. This won't do sh*t. You didn't buy all that money using shark cards.

I beg to differ. A lot of players had their sharkd card money wiped out. Lets not assume that I didn't buy shark cards.

 

A lawyer would be happy taking this lawsuit seeing as how much money is involved.

 

Of course they would need proof of purchase.

 

I would be happy to diclose My purchases when the time comes.

So you bought $1,500 worth of GTA$ using Shark Cards?

 

If you did, you may have a case. If you didn't, then there is no real monetary value attached to GTA money earned in-game. It has no exchange rate back to real dollars against which you can assign any perceived loss.

I'm pretty sure a thread on a forum isn't the best place to be discussing legal action; keep that with a lawyer if you're going to be doing that. Otherwise, it's best to keep the discussion in the relevant thread you linked.
