Anyone getting shiny head?

My character has a cropped haircut (male) and for the longest time now it's been switched to a shiny, oily head. This happened before but usually if you just changed outfits it switched back. But He's had a Humphrey Bogart for a while now

Yep, it happens often and it's even more noticeable if you have a shaved head. I just pass by Ammunation and get a nice clean shave.

OT: I never really noticed this on my character, but it's been a while since he had his hair cut short. It reminds me of the Cornrows glitch from a few years ago. It can be annoying if you don't like the look, but it honestly doesn't look that bad.

The annoying glitch for me is the one where my character keeps getting crappy low res haircuts even though he has a buzz cut
