Ped see through wall

Hi

 

I just notice a bug, peds seems to be able to see through wall when I did something, for example, I punched a woman in an alleyway and ped in driveway are all shocked (even though the place is covered by building), is this the game bug or a mod bug

 

Mod that I installed that edited the AI:Crime and Police Rebalance Enchancement
