Rockstar Took my Money :(

Hello all.

 

I was starting gta 5 online up when i noticed that rockstar had taken all my money $2 million all of it! Well not all they kindly left me $16,000 bless there cotton socks! I asked while playing online whether this has happened to anyone else, one person said it happened to him and he asked me whether my money was earned by me and not modded in anyway. I replied to him no its all earned fairly by myself just generaly gaming playing missions. Then he asked whether i picked up any money off modders? Then it hit me that some time back that a modder was purposely dropping money on me, at the time i didn't think much of it. I wasn't to concerned because i thought i was ok being as i was not modding myself and have never modded in all the time ive been playing gta online! When this modder was dropping money on me i couldn't move away from it where ever i went i had money dropping on me so it was not my fault Is there anyway i can get back my money off rockstar or is it just a matter of starting from scratch again I'm a 36 yr old guy and im not concerned about it but it is disheartening after all the time gaming making the money that ive lost it all over some retarded modder dropping modded money on me, that wasn't even my fault. Any helpfull suggestions will be welcome

Also looks like im starting from scratch again. Is there anyway of protecting myself from modders though?

This just happened to me and it was LEGIT money from cocaine lockup and car sales. They took just over 2 million.

When this modder was dropping money on me i couldn't move away from it where ever i went i had money dropping on me so it was not my fault Is there anyway i can get back my money off rockstar or is it just a matter of starting from scratch again I'm a 36 yr old guy and im not concerned about it but it is disheartening after all the time gaming making the money that ive lost it all over some retarded modder dropping modded money on me, that wasn't even my fault. Any helpfull suggestions will be welcome

It's a bunch of BS.

 

Their policies specifically state to NOT report modded money given to you because they will not remove it. It also says you can keep things you buy with modded money. I had MINIMAL modded money showered on me - less than 200k - and they just took me for over 2 million in legit cash.

 

So I guess we can't do missions if we have a bit of modded money in our accounts which they refuse to remove because they'll take ALL of our money away. Or something.

No, there isn't. There aren't many around now that the big crackdown happened, but they're still there.

Thanks for the reply by the way Looks like they havn't cracked down enough i was only online for half an hour and i noticed 2 modders. One was rather annoyingly continously blowing me up and one was offering cash! Dam you Rockstar you should be hitting modders not innocent players that play it streight. I hope they read this forum and this post because they certainly dont respond to emails you send them other than sending you a pathetic reply as a automatic email!

I cant believe Rockstar just turned my once thriving gta character into a down n out BUM! He's lost everything cash, house and a trendy motorbike over something that wasn't my fault!!
