Disable Culling to make backfaced like PS2 version for custom skins

When I have this skin like the guy with a long jacket, it's was invisible the back of the jacket and that's why I got rid of invisible backfaced skin because these skins don't look too good for me. Can someone make a ASI for backfaced models?
