Keep getting Unknown Network Error - GTA Online Xbox ONE

To be clear, my english is extremely bad, i tried my best.

Also i searched alot on google and youtube to solve this problem without any positive results.

 

I did post this on dutch forums also(i am from netherlands so i speak dutch) they couldnt help me as well. They tried.

I translated the topic i made in dutch to english as i could, dont blame me(no i didnt use google translate and no, i didnt ever learned english from school, i learned english only by gaming thats why its bad)

Ive got an xbox One with GTA V, But im getting tired as hell now when playing online., Everytime i join a session il be kicked from the session within 2 minutes +-

After hours and hours of researching and trial. this is what ive done so far

• Giving XBOX One a static IP
• Enabled DMZ
• Opening the following ports

Ports as i forwarded them

 

 

Port 88 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (UDP and TCP)

Port 500 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3544 (UDP and TCP)

Port 4500 (UDP and TCP)

/\ GTA V ports as i found on rockstar site

Port 88 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP))

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (UDP and TCP)

Port 500 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3544 (UDP and TCP)

Port 4500 (UDP and TCP)

 

 

Both sites said i needed to open certain ports with udp and certain ports with TCP and some also both, but i did it like portforward.com said me.

 

• Called provider they said they cant do anything they not trained for it
• enabled upnp and disabled but both not giving results

We got our network setup like the following

Our modem from our provider Ziggo>
Port 1 goes to our external router from netgear
port 2 goes into the xbox one without any routers or shizzle between it

My xbox XBOX IP and stuff.

192.168.178.18 <<< i made the static ip
Setted up the DNS on xbox one as following, dont know if needed to set that up on our modem also.
dns 1: 8.8.8.8
dns 2: 8.8.4.4

How i did setup the DMZ?

Xbox one settings>network>advanced i writed all info down what it was saying

Then i setted al stuff to manual instead of automatic and filled the info. my modem said its static.

Then i went to our modem browserpage (Cisco EPC3928AD)

Applications & Gaming>DMZ
Now it is there as following:

The ports i setted up like following:

Modem page>Applications & Gaming>Port Range Forwarding

 

 

 

LAN SETUP ON THE MODEM:

static:(i writed some dutch in it its like: "up here is the xbox its static as u can see"

How i made it static on the MODEM

My last hope is this really im tired of it now i cant play...

But.....

 

I had yesterday for one time(its pretty rare) that i could play hours without problems, but thats most of times not...
