I am still a bit sceptical about this refund all of a sudden.

 

 

Out of the blue a couple days ago I had about 500k added to my account. No idea why. But they took just over 2 million from me.

My second request was closed with the exact same response as my first and many others in this thread has gotten. Still no money either.
Just wrote my third request. Don't give in. If they've taken money you've worked hard for they've wasted a good amount of your time, aswell as whatever time we have spent on writing these tickets over and over. What's right is right and we have to demand a correction and an apology.

Thats the same f*cker who ignored my two tickets and gave me the same respond... He has one job and he's failing at it.

 

Same guy for me as well, but I believe all those names we see are fake as sh*t.

Those are not real people, they've answered R* Italian R* Russian and R* English tickets.

 

There's no multi-lingual genius working on support, that's for sure.

Four tickets closed for me now,last one this evening.Two of them by that guy as well.I lost 14 mil and I think its got something to do with the 2x money on the import export event.Gonna submit another but I am not expecting anything to come from it.We will see though,at least a few people have got a refund and a glimmer of hope is there...Glad that at least some people got there money back :)

Today I had an instinctive reaction to a session... I spawned in in my Hangar and all of the sudden I saw these moneybags drop a few feet right in front of my desk. Luckily while being inside, It wasn't adding up to my account though, but anyway I immediately switched sessions...

 

An instinctive move as a legit player. I'm still not ready to almost completely liquidize my secondary character's cars, so still doing that at a rate of two cars max a day, but when that's done, the car bonds will be purchased and stored in his garage and I'll lower my remaining millions below five million... Not that I'll have much left, seeing what's still coming towards us and what I haven't purchased for my female char yet...

 

I hope by the time I've completed that, I hope they will have fixed their error and refunded the money...No high hopes though... If not, the next time something like this happens, I'll run outside, instead of switching sessions... The theft, subsequent silence and the ever increasing huge pricetags we're currently subjected to, really pisses me off... On a sidenote the supply missions for SR are fun.. The payouts are saddening though... Better stick to the VIP-work and I/E for moneymaking (that is, if they don't take it away from you a few days down the line... )

If you did get your money back, please add the following Information:

 

1. How much was removed? - How much did you get back?

 

2. Do you think it is now correctly adjusted?

 

3. Did you send Ticket(s)?

Opening another ticket, they closed mine again.

 

I'm unlikely to see some of my money back, but I hope we'll get the message across.

I see the steam revies have already tanked again. How much does that influence them really?

The DLC will have driven sales, so it's more a return to normal levels than a dip.

at first you could by sending a reply via email but now that reply is autoclosed so you have to make a new one.

Sadly that is nothing new, all the Tickets I have seen were closed by Tier 3.

Ah Yea, I meant it as a sarcastic Yay, I didn't Really get my hopes up^^ It was just my first ticket that got closed by higher Tier than 1.

why do not they try to find the bug which caused this? They should really investigate this!

That requires effort on their side.

 

 

Why, in the name of god, would they do such thing? That means they'd do something in favor of the players. That sounds ridiculous doesn't it?

I simply said "Hello. My first ticket was ignored by "Sylvester G." who gave me the standard auto-reply and he simply ignored my issues without addressing them properly. He didn't even read my ticket. I hope it will be different with you."

and guess what? Sylvester G. responded again with the same copypasted reply as before. So don't expect anything different this time...

No, I never got Reply 2, but multiple people here received that reply:

 

"We checked your account and confirmed that it was appropriately adjusted to remove modded funds and that no unspent Shark Card purchases were adjusted. Please note that further violations of our EULA or Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent bans from GTA Online."
