Don't spam them with Tickets. Try to keep one Ticket Open.

 

As with everything else, we just don't know what is going on in the background.

"f*cked logic" of those support. I was simply told that the money that I earned a month on a bunker and cars is not legal and we select them. They just closed the appeal. Why continue in this game, make new money and the next day they again decide that I'm a cheater or I was given this money.

So, somehow they found a way to replace the copy-paste answer with something equally non-informative. As far as I can tell the "StatMaster" module determined you had cash gifted to you, but apparently they just let it do its thing and can not or will not tell you how that value of allegedly gifted cash is determined or when the cash was gifted. If anything (and you are sure you did not receive any gifted cash) we now know that it is indeed the module that produces false results.

I'm just going to take them to small claims court. Totally worth the money to make them fly out here and defend themselves. I will also be fighting for my total hours played X $2. Which is very close to the maximum claim amount. If 10,000 people do the same, the company will crumble. They won't be able to do it.

I uninstalled the game. It's been quite some time and I just got an automated message.

 

Video games are virtually unheard of in court, reason why they have a huge terms of usage that we probably all skip and never read but we instantly agree to it when we purchase and log in. We really only bought the campaign. And they fulfilled that end of the deal. Everything is extra and they can do whatever they want, esp with Bad sport lobbies and banning from public server and adjusting your online characters accounts cause in reality you only paid for the campaign. However if shark cards and a transaction were involved and not fulfilled, you might have something there.

The funny part about all of this? Ive seen like 5 script kiddies since SmugglersRun

I told them my story and every single on of them said something like "lol I mod and spawn money all the time and they didn't remove a single dollar from me"

This is where we are right now... Legit players are getting wiped and modders are swimming in billions, flying around with Hunters less then 3h after new DLC dropped.

at this point I feel like it's actually safer to cheat...

They didn't do this on purpose. Their total silence is annoying, but expected. A simple, we're looking into this, would make the waiting much easier.

Logged in tonight to find $1.6M was taken from me. I was left with a little over $600k. Never had modded money dropped on me, only encountered a mod user once in my almost 900 hours. I rarely even play anymore and frankly, I'm getting sick of the game as it is, but now I get this. It's a real slap in the face. Spent my entire playtime in invite only before I met my friends. All I did was sell three cars last weekend during the 2x$ I/E bonus and only made $480k from it. I guess that was all it took to put me on their radar.

 

F*cking c*nts. I can't even load the support pages on any of my browsers. I feel like just cutting my losses and uninstalling the game right now. You better believe I'll be calling support tomorrow.

So, I checked in today after an absense of about a month to at least have a look at the new update, only to discover that R* have arbitrarily docked my account by $2151000. What makes this so incredibly jarring is that if I'm not in an invite-only session, then I'm in a lagged solo one, so there is absolutely no possible way that I could have had money dropped on me.

 

So much for giving R* one more chance. f*ck this noise.
