If you all keep spamming them with tickets they will eventually realise they screwed up (they will never admit it but the will quietly fix it)but it'll take some time to get past the firewall that is the retarded support, they don't even know what GTA is let alone understand things like this.

Sort of relevant and from 'that other site' it looks like removing an aircraft from your hanger (not selling it) counts as a vehicle sale.

 

For those who aren't aware Rockstar have personal vehicle sell limits in place, caps and punishments fro those going over them.

I tend to sell 1 regular civilian car every 40-60 mins like clockwork.

 

I wonder if doing this over and over has got me falsely flagged :s

 

Cuz I pretty much would log in, source a car (I/E), sell a civilian car, source a car, sell that car. source a car, VIP head hunt, source a car, sell that car, sell a civie car.

 

And I'd do that about 2-4 times a day.

 

 

 

 

The caps and timeframes keep changing and I can't remember what the current one was.

There is a thread on that other site dedicated to pooling everyones info to work out what the latest limits are.

 

Personally I try not to sell more than 2 in an hour and a half window and no more than 3 every 30 hours, seems to keep me within most versions of their parameters.

 

As mentioned earlier, I have run two accounts and glitch on both.

Two weeks into playing when the game was brand new I lost everything on my only account at the time and just went Fk it, might as well. I have two accounts in case one gets cleaned out again which touch wood hasn't happened.

 

I've purchased full price copies of GTA, they've made their money on me.

 

Every time they add a vehicle storage system duplication glitches run rampant for a bit, now they've added hangers I'm sure plane dupes will be around the corner.

 

People are saying boycott GTA, I say F-that, if they take your in game currency illegitimately, just illegitimately (and carefully) take it back.

I'd probably still be playing if I only lost 600k out of 32 mil tbh, that's like 1.86% of your total money, and you've sunk actual money so it makes sense to keep playing.

I got wiped just as I was about to hit the highest amount of money I had at one time at a "whopping" 3.8mil, and got 2.7mil wiped (I don't like to grind), which equates to about 71% of my money wiped, so it feels like a bigger slap in the face.

 

Personally I think it makes more sense to not play as it would be shown as less active players.

This is just my thoughts but going back to playing for me just sends the message "Hey it's ok if we wipe legitimate money, these guys will just keep on playing, we don't have to tweak our system" or "Our playerbase are still playing after the wipe, our system is correct and accurate".

 

Not even stepping foot onto Online until they address this, for me is the most logical step. But everyone is free to do as they wish.

Anyway, is anyone else getting the "we corrected your bank account" loading screen every time after starting the game? Despite the fact that I was only fined that time of course.

Seeing as more people report that their tickets stay open without further notice, instead of R* Support calling everyone cheaters and closing the case, I have a slight hope that they've noticed that their "anti-cheat" system went haywire and maybe, just maybe, they will fix the issue for at least some of us. I doubt there were hundreds if not thousands of people claiming they've lost legitimate money during the last swipe.

Not a victim of this myself but would defo consider this route if I lost a huge amount on gameplay time/money and was ignored by R*. The bad publicity associated with this would probably get your money back in a flash. Same story as many of you. Grinded my but off just to see my money taken away for no reason. It was 100% gained from the bunker gunrunning business. I have made several tickets and have responded to their generic rubbish every time and still all they do is send nonsense. Not once did they look into the issue, not once did they provide any proof or evidence and still no refund. I won't give up and recommend all who were screwed over continue to nag them. The only thing we can do is try again if they close our tickets.

 

Try to remain as polite as possible. I've read some people got their ability to send tickets revoked. I have no idea if they were rude, but yeah, R* can pretty much shut people up, permanently, if they so wish it.

I'm not a programmer, but I guess it might take a while to figure things out. How many lines of code have been added to combat Mod Menus and other Stuff, that is only possible on PC. Hundreds? Thousands? This is also the reason, why this is only happening on PC. At least that makes the most sense to me.

I think they had so many reports that they simply gave up on closing them...

 

so either they are working on a fix (but then WHY not acknowledge that there was a mistake?)

 

or they decided it's easier to ignore reports and then later close and remove everything at once...
