I've played in solo lobbies (but they had others playing at time of joining, but in some cases all the other users randomly leave). In my experience when you run CEO or I/E missions whilst solo you get NPC enemies attack you, whereas when others are available it's up to the other players to attack or not. I don't really see why being in a solo lobby would be an issue.

There is no indication whatsoever that selling in public solo triggered wipes,quite the opposite. I sold all my cars during 2x week in public with my mates, got wiped nevertheless. Kpephera evaded the wipe completely despite the fact she's still rocking 10 mil dropped by modder.

 

And again: there is no way to actually tell if you're solo because of your intent or your ISP/ network admin policy. Get yourself at least basically educated about networking, it's XXI century. Strict NAT, dynamic IPs with idiotic TTL, cheapskate wifi routers with little to none QoS, weather if you're using 3G/4G and anything else may put you solo on a frequent basis. If you have knowledge, that R* is punishing people in solo sessions, do share. Because punishing people with bad net access is wrong.

 

 

Why would they ignore that one single glitch? If you glitch you get wiped. Intentional public solo is a glitch-> you get wiped. Simple as that.

 

And yes they can identify who is going to public solo on purpose and who isnt.

No, that issue has been present since GR release, not related to this. once i lost my character access for around 12 hours because of that error, was selling my GR stock and after finishing the sale, this error came up and after pressing a on that error i got another saying error on online session and failed to download social club data, after that it constantly gave me "character data could not be loaded" error, it got fixed automatically.

 

And i haven't lost any money even though i've been playing since I/E 2x week started, but only sold 1 top range car and haven't touched I/E after that, only did some GR resupply and 1 sale. and haven't got any money removed.

No missing money from my account. I have $115M, and around $35M of it is gained through the DM glitch. Do I feel guilty? I actually do. Am I technically "richer" than others? Yes; but I don't see it as me bring richer. I just like to have more than $100M, and also have something to spend. So if you have $90M, I'd still say you're richer than me, legit-wise.

Also, as unfair and ridiculous as it would be, I won't be surprised if this does have to do with solo lobby grinding.

The money i made with I/E in solo public (3,3 Million) is still there while the money I made with the recent double money events on stuff like slasher and sumo plus two pacififc standart finales and a bunch of headhunter (in regular public) (4,8 Million) got removed. They removed the exact amount that I made from these events while the amount gained through solo public stayed.

If the reason for the whipes would be playing in solo public shouldnt it be the other way round?

So what I've gathered so far: No real pattern, solo public doesn't appear to be the cause, only happening on PS4 and PC but mostly PC. I Don't see it being talked about anywhere but here, and even then only a small amount have been effected. Broken cheat detection seems to be the mostly likely cause IMO.

PS4, they haven't taken any of my money, but then again I currently have less than a million dollars. I haven't done a money glitch recently. I think I might try to figure out how to do the DM glitch to steal some more cash from R* though, but the new "easy" method looks awfully complicated.
