Are we going to see Anti-Aircraft Trailers a lot more often ?

So, the Anti-Aircraft Trailer, although useless against Fighter Jets (Lazer and Hydra) is literally a overpowered beast against helicopters and slow planes.

 

Do you think that with the Smuggler's Run update we are going to see a lot more often players using this trailer in public sessions ?

 

I am pretty sure that a plane like the new based - WWII P-51 Mustang will be able to escape from those missiles, but i dont think i can say the same for the others planes and helicopters i saw in the trailer so far

Why don't players just get an APC? Are the missiles on the trailer faster than the APC?

Planes probably will escape it, but helicopters I'd say would be vulnerable to it.

 

I think that's why it was put in the game. It didn't make sense at the time, as it has a cannon 4 times as powerful as a tank's cannon, yet nothing could survive more than a few snowballs.

 

Presumably, the Hunter, etc. might be tougher, and you'll need something with oompth like this to take them down.

The APC fires rockets.

 

The Anti-Aircraft Trailer fires guided missiles. That's probably why people have the AA trailer instead of the APC.

 

OT: I don't think we'll see an increase in AA trailers. Instead, I think we'll see a lot of those MiGs buzzing about, fighting the other new air vehicles.

Its been speculated that this bright flash of light might be some kind of flare/countermeasure:

 

 

Mainly because the missile heading towards the helicopter seems to go missing/haywire after the flash:

I think, that we will see Homing Launchers more often.

I am going to do research before I buy anything. This isn't just like buying a car. You're buying an aircraft and there maybe no point of return since we can't sell it if we don't like it.

 

Better to just wait than splurge.

 

This isn't trying to get use to a vehicle or car. Some people are just bad pilots and buying every plane is different than buying every car.

Eh, looks just fine to me. I'm sure it'll probably be vulnerable to gunfire. People will just have to use those on it. Often it's better to use guns anyway, when a helicopter guy is hiding behind cover and making the homing launcher less effective.

 

This is all assuming it actually has countermeasures.

I'm most likely just gunna go out to the countryside. Avoid all the trolls. It's funner out there anyway, weaving in and out of mountains
