Was wondering if anyone had any idea where the new locations for the hangers would be, other then LSIA, any thoughts?

I'm wondering the same thing. Whether or not new buildings will be added to the map.

 

LSIA and Fort Zancudo are (I think) the only places with hangars large enough to hold the number of aircraft and the size of aircraft we've seen. But Fort Zancudo is a restricted area.

 

Sandy Shores and Grapeseed airfields hangars are too small and are already Pegasus spawn points.

 

That only leaves LSIA that has both hangars large enough and the runways the planes will need.

 

I'm thinking whatever happens LSIA is going to be very highly populated from next Tuesday, presuming that there will be at least one hangar there, and I'll probably still purchase one at LSIA.

 

I do hope there will be locations around the map if possible though.

Unless we have underground or in a cliff hangar like a bond villain I think we'll get aircraft carriers. How else will we have hangars in multiple locations with all we'll need

Pretty sure there is no carrier coming for this update, if there is a water craft update in the works, then what better vessel for the anchor of the update is there besides the carrier?, what other watercraft would get people to buy Shark Cards?

 

No way do the waste it on this one update that is for the air, but what I do I know ya know!

with limited hangers, it's going to be a disaster trying to take off and land

Load a velum for a sale and taxi to the runway as a randumb lands a titan full of stock/supplies. We learn what happens when two aircraft attempt to occupy the same space.

My guess is similar to what they did with bunkers. An underground facility with some sort of hatch opening to drive the place out on to a runway.

I can't see any other places than LSIA. But...

What if this hangar would be underground? I can't imagine how will it look like, but that's the only way to randomise hangar locations, that i can think about at the moment.

It would seem that this dlc will require new buildings and new runways. Of all the previous dlc only gunrunners added any permanent new structures to the map and that is only the bunker doors.

 

My guess is that the three existing airports will be locations with the 2 in Blaine county getting new hangars. Five or more new hangers with runways could be added to unused costal locations with maybe some completely offshore.

 

Call Of Grandtheft Duty?

If they add new locations, they'll be underground. And rather than having a ramp between the hangar and the Door, it will be a lift similar to the office garage but big enough to hold a Titan/new plane. This is all just my imagination. So don't take it seriously.

I see them using 2-3 hangars at LSIA, adding a couple of new hangar props at Sandy Shores Airfield, and calling it a day.

 

After all, there are only 4 offices, 2 at Del Perro and 2 at Downtown. People are used to warzones at this point.

This jetty at the Port could possibly be used for smaller planes.
Can't see a huge bomber getting up off of it though...

 

The small building on the right could be where the exit from the hanger would be?

This Building is already used as a cocaine factory for Bikers, and the "runway" is blocked by a crane.

^ Existing purchaseable properties aside, R* can do whatever the f*ck they like with the map, and the bunkers were a very good precedent.

 

Still surprised bunkers don't have helipads and the office's Peg Concierge service tbh.

There's definitely enough f*cking swimming pools to have Tracey Island exits, that's for sure. I think my Rocket Voltic found all of them.

It's getting pretty cramped in San Andreas with warehouses, biker businesses, offices, bunkers, clubhouses and now hangars. I imagine you need a decent runway to take off and land normally, so I'm wondering how creative R* is going to get... Maybe somewhere near the beaches. Plenty of open spaces there.
