So, randomly spawned helicopters really don't care about smoke apparently. I always just thought that was a myth.

 

 

 

Would be good if the Hunter didn't. Then it could take the full 7 explosive rounds, rather than be falling down after 1 or 2.

Somethings wrong. One of my hunters is bugged and people just can not seem to access the cannon gun whether it be friend or random. It's been like this for weeks and I dont know what to do. Pondering if even selling then purchasing it again would solve anything

Today I've saw just how huge this chopper is! I always knew that it was a big chopper but damn, parking it next to a Cargobob is quite revealing hahaha XD Now I see why some people complain so much about its size, it's bigger than it should indeed.

 

But I don't really care about that, unlike the Tyrant I can get a reasonable explanation for why it's so large haha The Hunter has a freaking bomb bay, and bombs takes space to be stored! Honestly, considering that it's no less than 50 bombs, the Hunter's size is even reasonable in my opinion.

 

The Tyrant though is inexcusable, there's no reason, no explanation for its exaggerated size and I feel that the hate directed at it is far more justified than the Hunter.

I have a request foor those with PC mods, can anyone post an image of both the FH-1 Hunter and an AH-64 Apache mod side by side?

 

I really want to see how oversized the Hunter really is compared to the real thing.

What mod do you say has the best AI for flying planes? I really love the Bodyguard Squads mod, but they can't use planes at all. Formation flight mods look super terrible at times and don't fluidly follow you.

Hm, I do think it might just be the angle. It does look better with those bigger rocket pods though... The weapons we have now are so friggin tiny. 

 

 

Oh and if you think the Hunter dwarves an Apache... Well, check out Avenger vs. Osprey  And I always try to scale my mods accurately, so +/- a few centimetres they are true to life.

Sadly this is Not really AI, but a pre-determined path.

 

We have been experimenting with creating new custom scenarios (like the vanilla Jumbo taking off and landing in the original game) and this is one of them to create more life around the ship.

Just seen that I've traveled over 13k miles in a helicopter. 12k probably came from the Hunter.

I personally like the Hunter being big. I don't know why, just feels good to me. Definitely wouldn't say no to it having a lowered hitbox like the other helicopters though.

Gotta love the hunter, just battered some guy who didn't know what he was up against, got a cracking shot on him with the rockets when he was in a hidey-hole, then later he resorted to his jet, tried all sorts to get at me but just ended up flying right into me while spraying, probably hoping he'd at least take me down with him, but nope, the mighty Hunter simply brushed it off and we went on our merry way, the jet guy however, wasn't so fortunate. Bless the Hunter.

 

Side note: how the bloody hell do you attach images now?
