That's actually a AH-1Z Viper replica, which I wish was also in GTA V. Thing is a beauty too. Hunter will do though. For now.

Such a great vehicle to take pictures of. Wasn't going to get it, but after flying it a couple of times in the jammer mission I'll definitely get one. It'll be an absolute beast with countermeasures and a gunner.

I prefer the Savage more, you don't need a copilot to use it's laser death beam which means it is easier to use.

 

You can't aim with helicopters in this game so the barrage missiles are too much of a hassle to bother with too.

I took down another mig with the barrage today (didn't get an editor video though, but will probably upload the raw video tomorrow).

 

I tried against a Starling, but it felt like a more difficult target. Small, and less predictable - with that boost it could just zoom off in seconds. The homing missiles took it down easily though.

 

Haven't had a good test against a Hydra or Laser yet - the few I've seen while in it, it's either they're just not very good, or there's 20 of them all in ghost organization.

 

When I get a clear, Hunter on jet fight, and they don't suck - that'll be quite good. I think it'll need a co-pilot to be good against them though.

Also, just saw this, and it looks a little concerning (around 7:10)

 

 

I thought Classique posted how much damage it takes, and it was a lot more than that?

 

Maybe it takes a lot before it blows up, but still smokes really easily to small stuff? Bit of a shame if it's true. Though I haven't seen other videos showing this, or anyone mentioning it.

 

Hopefully it takes more than that anyway.

 

If not, I guess there'll be a lot of back and forth to Zancudo to repair it lol.

Not sure - I just stumbled on that; was in the suggested videos on the side.

 

Hopefully it takes more bullets than that without smoking. Something a lot of people were happy with in the videos I had (with the mission version) was how it didn't fall down from little guns so easily like the Savage. Would be a shame if it actually does.

Actually I just noticed - the paint looks stock ... The first one he flew was upgraded; he flew it over the base and it survived a missile or two, with an explosive shot, then went down.

 

I'm guessing he would've needed to reapply the upgrades with each one spawned, since the colour's back the same.

 

Phew. False alarm I think.

I found a custom* Hunter in a lobby, tried to store it/duplicate it; but failed, I'm so mad now. Still played VIP jobs with for a hour. I hate sucking at duping cars...peoples could try to enter it in their office to check what it does for them.

 

*it has custom wheels...no custom liveries or something

 

 

The dupe, but failed to enter inside and check if it was storable or not, the original was glitched too, I struggled actually because NPC flipped him before I found him lost alone in the streets, poor Hunter... , I'd to push him with my PU Custom
