Am I missing something?

Hi

I began playing GRand Theft Auto Online 4 months ago and guess what? Since then, I never finished a race in a good place. In fact, out of 40 races, I ALWAYS arrived last. You might think I crack, fall and respawn lots of times to always get that last position but uh, not the case. I only crashed or fell off the track a couple of times in the first 5 races but then I got pretty good, I barely ever crash or fall off now. Even though I drive good and push to my maximum, I get over 1 minute delay to the nearest player and always arrive in last place for some reason. Am I missing something? I tried many cars, most of the times I go for the Nero / Nero Custom but yet, driving well and pushing to the maximum does not help anyhow. I really can't understand why this is happening and honestly after 40 races I'm starting to get a bit pissed, it doesn't matter how well a race goes, I always get at least 1 minute delay... Please help. I use Gamepad on PC or sometimes directly the Keyboard. Racing is the only Job where I go bad, my Driving skills in-game are maxed out too.

1) Make sure your Nero Custom is fully tuned.
