Problem with GTA Video Config

Okay, yesterday i re-installed my GTA, so all it's new. For the moment i only have DYOM & SAMP, nothing more.

 

When i play in SinglePlayer the ''FrameLimiter'' and ''Widescreen'' is active, so i desactived it... But, when i still playing in a moment i check again the

Video Config and the ''Framelimiter & widescreen'' are actived, so i don't know what this happen, i need help....

Try Clicking in the options or delete the gta_sa.set from user files folder. and try reconfigure your options

I think you need to apply changes with ENTER or LMB.

What is your Game version: DVD or STEAM registered Download?

Remove the Downgrader and try a different one.

Remove all the Mods, or go to the modding forums.

 

Why do you need the Widescreen removed? I have not seen a "normal" monitor in a decade.

Resolution does not make the picture any better.
