They are really stretching this drip fed content out

I suggest you delete GTA from your console,reinstall it without internet and play the storymode version 1.0 with its 10-ish cars and 2 motorcycles and then you can start moaning.. ^^

Go read some indepth discussions before throwing out the "satisfied" argument. That argument ignores a lot of the crap going on in the franchise instead turning back on the person making the point.

Does anyone else feel this map is too small for all these different DLC and now loads of aircraft will be jetting around.

 

If ever they needed to expand the map it is now

The Grumman Goose thing looks incredibly silly with the four engines.

A flying boat with bomb bay doors, a.k.a. a f*cking great hole in the hull. Too many engines is the least of this thing's problems. So many classic 4-engined bombers they could have chosen...

 

Edit: I just noticed the ridiculous outer engine placement; for some reason I assumed it would have a larger wingspan. Also, how are the wingtip floats supposed to operate with an engine in the way? Or have they been left off? Good luck keeping a flying boat stable without outrigger floats.

Deliver cargo in a plane.... with jets chasing after you.

Anyway, i keep reading "good job Hunter guys" or whatever, i don't think its being added because people have been requesting it for years.

I think it's more because given the recent changes T2 has stated about pushing microtransactions even more than before, it makes the Hunter the selling point (literally) of this update and knows that many people will buy Shark cards to get it asap rather than grinding/getting réductions on it.

 

 

If the game had no microtransactions whatsoever, i can assure you they wouldn't have added it cause they had no reason to do so. Companies don't care about what we want, only our money.

 

 

Regardless im still "happy" ( to an extent ) for the people who are into this stuff and still fully enjoy the game even after what it has become.

 

I just wish they would completely change the themes rather than releasing A 5TH fetch dlc promoting pvp and douchebagery with different hardware.

Where the hell is everything going to be stored? There are four airports in the game.

 

LSIA, Trevor's airfield, Grapeseed and Fort Zancudo.

 

LSIA has the buildings for bug planes already and has big enough runways for them.

 

Trevor's airfield isn't as big but still has good sized runways. There is one medium sized building there that they can transform into a warehouse.

 

Grapeseed is far too small for all of this.

 

Fort Zancudo would be awesome but how does that work? Maybe if the user is registered they won't get 4 stars?

 

That's really it unless they plop a building on a beach or some sh*t. I wonder how the congestion is going to be at the airports... Oh jeez

Just because it's free content, it's not immune from criticism. Specially if said free content is mandatory to download and changes the dynamic of the game so much, it alienates players.

 

But moving on from this, somethings looks very interesting to me(Mk1 Escort and Super Tucano) but I can already see the problems with it:

 

-Buy the Hanger to store the new vehicles;

-Old Pegasus vehicles can be tuned at said hangers, but you have to make them a "custom" variant.

-Armor upgrades will cost over $50,000 for each level of upgrade;

-You will have to research the upgrades before buying them;

 

-None of these new aircrafts will be faster than a Hydra and Lazer;

-The Hydra and the Lazer will get armor upgrades(even though they don't deserve it, and don't need it);

-These new aircrafts will have explosive ammo;

You do realize firefighting aircraft land on water and open up to take on water to dump on fires right?

Don't get me wrong Custer, Tuners/another car based dlc was my second priority behind Hunter/ aviation after getting Bikers and Cunning Stunts, both of which had a bunch of elements I had been begging for. Now that the Hunter is definitely on the way along with a bunch of other aircraft, Tuners as well as more traditional sedans/coupes/compacts/and of course muscles are now my A1 priority.

 

Let's get to brass tacs, RDR2 isn't out until late next year now so we will almost certainly see another full size GTAO update or three.

Who said we would taxi the planes out of our hangar? Maybe it's a display/customisation area only, and we have to call Pegasus/Ron/Hangar Technician to have our plane delivered to the nearest spawn point. Or maybe it'll be like the helicopter concierge at your office, where you spawn into the air already flying.
