What is the maximum cost of fully customizing/upgrading an Elegy Retro Custom (+Armor upgrades and explosions, not just cosmetics)?

$215,000 (if you own the car)

$1,119,000 (have a stock elegy only or have social club)

$1,214,000 (need elegy and no social club)
