Caltrops Drop for Cars Mod?

Does anyone know if and where a caltrops drop for cars mod is? I wanted to add one to a random car that I have. I know that one of the Dewbauchee models ("James Bond" car) already comes with one, but I'd like to add the caltrops to my vehicle(s) if the mod exists.

 

I couldn't find it on GTA5-Mods.com, but that may be due to my search terms. Google search doesn't show up anything for it either.
