Is there any way to disable fog and rain

Fog and rain make the frame rate very low and I don't like it that way, Is there any mods to disable those two?

Fog is possible through mixsets, don't know if there is an option for rain in it as well but it has a bunch of options that disable certain effects.

On the second thought, the fog effect mod just makes the game even laggier, a lot of HD particles

Keeping those effects from loading should improve framerate, but you're likely using the default preset of mixsets that has enhanced drawdistances. I suggest using the "all off" .ini preset and tweaking that one to remove fog while keeping vanilla drawdistance.
